Father Igor Pagulych – the administrator of Parish of Transfiguration of the lord – applies to you. The Parish of Donetsk-Kharkiv Exarchate of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in Dnieprodzerzinsk, Dniepropetrovsk region.
Our commonalty, which was one of the first in the East of Ukraine, was founded in our town in 1994.
From the very beginning we endured hard times. On one side – that was the absence of the church, due to it we were forced to pray in different places and sometimes in hard conditions.
On the other side – the attitude to our Parish was not good from our town administration and as a result, our commonalty was registries only in 1997.
Now days we have our Liturgy in the basement of the Roman-Catholic church and it is not comfort for us just as is for Roman-Catholics too.
Our Parish has children Christian Sunday school and there are about 100 parish people. During the latest years we tried to achieve the agreement about choosing the land for building of the Church of Transfiguration of the Lord.
Thanks to God, our new town administration allowed us the building of the Church of Transfiguration of the Lord (The Resolution № 295 from 06.05.2006.) and thus our Parish has the real opportunity (for the first time during 12 years) to have our God `s Church.
It is of impossible to build the church only by the efforts of our Parish, because of the low material level of our parishes.
That’s rhy we make a re quest for your helping, if you can, in building of the Church of Transfiguration of the Lord.
Making donations to the building of Church you will do your bit to the development of the Greek-Catholic Church in the East of Ukraine.
We shall pray for our donors for Lord endows them generous gifts for everlasting life.
Let the hand of our donors, people who donates for the building of the Lord’s Church, never becomes poor!

Звертаються до Вас прихожани парафії "Преображення Господнього" Донецько-Харківського Екзархату Української Греко-Католицької Церкви в місті Дніпродзержинськ, Дніпропетровської області.
Наша громада, одна з перших на Сході України, була заснована у цьому місті 1994 року. Від початку ми переживали нелегкі часи бо лише у 1997р. нас зареєстрували і зовсім нещодавно дали, нарешті місце під будівництво храму. І таким чином в нашої парафії перший раз за 12 років з'явилася реальна можливість мати свій храм Божий. Його наявність в нашому місті може відіграти неабияке значення у піднятті рівня духовності, релігійної та національної свідомості мешканців нашого міста, яка понівечена довгими десятиліттями панування безбожницького комуністичного режиму. Парафія налічує близько 100 вірних. При парафії діє дитяча християнська недільна школа. Звертаємо вашу увагу на той факт, що це буде перший український храм у нашому місті з населенням 280 тисяч мешканців.Тому звертаємося до вас з проханням допомогти, в міру Ваших можливостей , у будівництві церкви "Преображення Господнього", бо даючи пожертву на будівництво храму, ви вкладаєте свою лепту у розвиток Греко-католицької Церкви на Сході України. Ми будемо молитися за наших жертводавців, щоб Господь винагородив їх Своїми щедрими дарами для вічного життя.
